Branch Manager - Bank

We are looking for a Branch Manager, for one of our Banking client in Bangalore

Job Description:

1. Directing Branch Portfolio (CASA & FD) of assigned branch

2. Ensuring that financials of branch are under control and adhering to Know Your Customer

3. (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times

4. Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with key accounts

5. Dealing with external and internal auditors, inspections and compliance

6. Supervising key areas including marketing, business channel development, team development,

7. Cost management, and revenue generation

8. Managing branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with branch and sales team with a view of penetrating new accounts and expanding existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services

9. Heading complete branch operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources

10. Reviewing accounts for ensuring compliance with internal & external policies, guidelines, rules, and regulations on a regular basis

11. Devising & implementing policies/procedures for all-round development of banks as well as reducing overall costs to the bank through various means
