Job Profile:

- To achieve planed numbers for the channel

- To Plan promotions/ events with the objective to increase market share in each door.

- To push for exclusive Shop N Shops /dedicated areas

- To plan and implement product mix for each door

- To plan Depot inventory coverage for each door.

- To increase visibility in all stores through displays, visuals, POS etc.

- To implement Visual merchandising guidelines

- To train develop and motivate staff.

- Receivable management

The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 - 8 years in handling Modern Trade, channel both Hyper and Department stores.
