The Branch Manager/ Location Head will encompass a high degree of expertise, in recruitment programs, process improvement, and leadership capabilities. Being a high volume, high demand environment - not only will core recruitment skills be fully utilized, however, relationship management and leadership skills will be needed to result in the success of delivering an unparallel, immersive recruitment experience.

As a consultative recruitment expert and specialist, will demonstrate recruiting best practices through full lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition knowledge. You will be directly responsible for leading the recruiting operations team with focus on strategic program execution, process improvement, data integrity, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
