Job Responsibilities:
- Head, nurture and mentor a team of Managers (good team size) at different level and add value to team members growth.
- Set team targets, area and ensure goals are met regularly.
- Conceptualize advertising strategies for Real Estate Developers & Realtors, as per their requirements and design effective online & offline advertising solutions.
- Develop new strategies to increase company’s Real Estate Portal market share and formulated new initiatives to acquire clients
- Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members.
- Develop revenue streams and achieve branch sales target.
- Review and interpret the competition (through in-depth analysis of market information) to finalize the marketing strategy.
- Define and implement profit-oriented sales and marketing strategies for selling web based advertisement solutions to Real Estate Developers and Agents.
- New client acquisition Real Estate Developers, Property Dealers, Brokers, Property Consultants.
- Responsible for timely collections, controlling out standings & timely activations
Brief requirement:
- Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.
- Solid, demonstratable work experience and success credentials.
- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.
- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills is required.
- Preference for process-driven, aggressive candidate
