POSITION : Branch Commercial Manager   Location : Ghaziabad  Qualification: Chartered Accountant is mandatory   ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES   Working knowledge on SAP.  Monthly & quarterly balance confirmation & Reconciliation from Customers & Vendors.  Follow up for payment & reconciliation.  Accounts Receivable & Payable   Credit Control  Branch accounting   Preparation of Yearly Expenses and Scheme Budget.  Inventory Control & Stock Liquidation - Monitoring of Inventory levels, Movement Of Stocks, Defective verification, Stocks Audit, Proper up keeping of Warehouse.  Processing the provisions of all Schemes & Expenses on monthly closing.  Handling General Accounting.  Handling Accounts Payable & Receivable & vendor Billing, Expense Management, Vendor Management.  Bank Reconciliation.  Service Tax & vat   Lead a team of Commercial officers, Executives, trainees to manage commercial operations  Expenses : Maintain accuracy in booking advertising expenses, logistics expenses and analysis of branch admin expenses related to electricity, water, mobile, rent, travel, welfare & maintenance  MIS/Reporting : Closing of trial balance with all provision entries through expense related to schemes, logistics expenses & branch expenses  To co-ordinate with HO for imprest and verify all sales expenses occurs in branch and book on accrual basis  Interested candidates can contact Nitin Kumar Kalra @ 9810604061
