The organization has pan India offices along with International presence; The company is Full service Offering the entire product mix of Mutual Funds, equities, Insurance etc.

There is an URGENT job opening for Branch CLUSTER HEAD - Mumbai

1. Ensuring the productivity of cluster and centers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales.

2. The person will handle 6 to 8 centers independently and responsible for all matters related to center, that is, business development and sales in respected Centers.

3. Provide market information on sales.

4. Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the Center.

5. Maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, cleanliness of the hub and center (as per the guidelines) and compliance on 5S for better realization.

6. Monitor individual & Team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations.

7. Initiating various sales campaign / promotions in their respective areas.
