Lead Sourcing and Procurement operations with specific emphasis to develop Products and Platforms to enable more efficient operations
Candidate will need to have 10-12 years of sourcing and background experience in BPO or Brick and motor industry and understand aspects relating to category management. He should have exposure to IT application development and have basics of Application development.
- Experience in the areas of business process re-engineering, process design, organizational transformation, change management
- Project management of transformational programs
- Design and deployment of service delivery models (in any domain – Banking, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics, HR, etc.)
