BPM Consultant

We have the opening of BPM Consultant for CMM level 5 company.Please find below the requirement details and share your updated resume if interested for the same.

Responsibilities include:

- Program managing industry BPM plans by interacting with Industry BPM leads and ensuring governance of the program

- Realizing cross industry synergies by identifying best practices and standardizing them so all industries benefit

- Lead / Manage, Participate, contribute to the key BPM programs and initiatives launched by the BPM CoE

- Understand Accenture Business Process Repository, BPM tools like ARIS.

- Ensure that the industry content adheres to BPM standards for all elements of the process reference models

- Support BPML growth through support in client proposals, identifying new opportunities, working with industries for BPML related projectsand facilitating the development of BPML related offerings

- Standardize the industry’s processes of planning, reporting, and process mapping by supplying appropriate templates

- Identify and drive cross industry and functional to industry synergies

Basic Qualification:

- MBA or equivalent experience

- Overall 6+ years of experience

- 4+ years of management consulting experience in BPM; growing and developing a deep and broad professional network

- 3+ years of program/project management experience

- 3+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite including MS Project

- Hands-on exposure to BPM tools like ARIS and BPM asset development

Preferred Skills:

- Remote partner and program management

- Process Transformation and Re-engineering experience

- 2+ years of Business experience

- 1+ years of budget/financial management experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills (Ability to serve multiple constituents effectively and efficiently)

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Sensitization and ability to handle cross geography stakeholders

- Excellent project/program management skills

- Strong interpersonal communications and networking

- Team Building Skills

- Good understanding of business process modeling methods and tools

- Ability to interact effectively with multiple functions and stakeholders
