We empower our Zonal Managers to make strategic decisions, lay out strategic planning, and take direct ownership of growth and success. Our ZMs are hand-picked gems with a blend of product manager, marketing guru, and operations manager. Lead the local ops team, ZMs are responsible for local strategy, on-boarding the teams, facilities, ensuring superior service quality, social media presence, customer support and PR/marketing. ZMs would be responsible for the business growth and to drive the P&L for the entire zone.   Skills and Qualifications:  - Should have strong experience in general management or operations experience in their previous jobs/on-campus activities  - Has to coordinate with all business verticals like product, sales, technology and marketing to achieve the desired results and targets  - Must be a rugged individual who thrives in industrious environments. If you prefer to sit behind a desk, this probably isn't for you.  - Exceptional people management skills with the ability to oversee, motivate and organise at least a 100-member team  - Has to be creative and a true hustler.
