Relevant Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in retail and franchise management  You:   Should have experience working in a retail franchising space.  Should be capable of high level negotiation and working with a network of retail outlets.  Should be fluent in English and Hindi.  Should posses a high level of communication skills.   Should be skilled in understanding IT systems and customised applications. This would be an added benefit.   Will be responsible for forging partnerships.  Will handle the outlet experience.   Will take care of outlet infrastructure.  Will handle promotions at outlets.  Will oversee the process for smooth management of Remote and Onsite outlets.   Will maintain staff norms and be in charge of training.  We:  Are a young organization and the workplace is an extension of our families back home.  Mondays and Fridays have the same effect on us.  Value positive vibes, honesty, sense of judgement, empathy and self-motivation.  Believe in experimentation and don't think of new things as daunting enough to take up at any point in time.  Are looking for driven and focused individuals.  Will be more than happy to hear from you.
