You:  - Must hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent combination of education and experience.  - Should have minimum 4 years experience in recruitment and experience in handling IT/Non- IT and senior level recruitment.  - Should possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self starter.  - Should be able to work independently.  - Should have excellent communication skills and well groomed.  - Will associate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.  - Will recruit candidates through different sources within the stipulated TAT.  - Will actively pursue all channels (professional networks, social media, etc) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each particular role.  - Will manage interviewing and hiring processes to ensure high quality hires and compliance with policies and procedures.  - Will manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, influencing hiring decisions, initiating background checks, making compensation recommendations, salary negotiations, offer extensions and closing candidates.  - Will assist managers in the development of job descriptions and recruiting requisitions as per company norms.  - Will work with team members/management to identify process improvements and make recommendations for change.  - Will reduce cost per hire by increasing direct hires and minimizing the use of an agency.  - Will source high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruiting programs and strategies.  - Will maintain and update all reports related to recruitment.  - We Are a young organization and the workplace is an extension of our families back home.  - Mondays and Fridays have the same effect on us.  - We are India's biggest online entertainment platform.  - We serve over 200 Million page views a month.  - We have one of the highest online transactions in India.  - We have a team who is very experienced with high-scalability engineering.  - Believe in experimentation and don't think of new things as daunting enough to take up at any point in time.  - It is guaranteed to be a great learning experience for you.  - Will be more than happy to hear from you
