- To ensure best Talent Aquisition and On boarding experience of competent and adequate staff to maximize efficiencies.  - To maintain all statutory compliance and submission of all statutory returns. Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labour law, all Govt. Inspections and Audits.   - Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employees  - To ensure Employee Engagement and responsible for the steering the company's Mission Vision statement.  Specific Duties:   Following are the broad parameters of your job profile that you are responsible for:  Employee Related:  - Responsible for end-to-end Employee Relations & engagement activities, complete Employee life cycle management, from recruitments, verification process, assessment, increments and promotions, exit rules, etc.  - Management of leaves policy, attendance and leave record; holiday list.  - Employee Engagement programs to create best possible work environment; Staff empowerment and leadership skill building  - Staff welfare, pantry and petty cash management, etc.   Office management:  - Management and control of office expenses, fixed and other assets.  - Allocation of phones, computers to staff, key management etc.  Salary and wages:  - Management and control of salary disbursement, ESI, PF deductions and payments and adhering to related compliances   Record Keeping:  - Maintain master database/Recruitment/Employee relations/Payroll  - To maintain all statutory & regulatory compliance records  - To formulate/develop & administer HR and admin policies/handbook  - To accomplish ad hoc tasks assigned by reporting head   - Office vendor management  - Administer and maintain all facilities (phones/PRI lines/Internet etc.) in the office  - Continuously research and evaluate options for all facilities, vendors and products required by the company and recommend changes if required keeping in mind cost effectiveness  - Ensure maintenance of all equipment  - Manage Housekeeping   - Maintain all Staff and admin related files   Training:   Ensure a highly engaged and skilled workforce through imparting behavioural and functional training in consultations with technical training team and operations leaders.   - Must have complete knowledge of best HR and Admin practices  - Solid time management skills.  - Good verbal and written communication skills.  - Professional approach to problem-solving   - Ability to maintain professional demeanour under challenging situations.  - High levels of Honesty and integrity  - High level of positive attitude and dedication  Have worked in fast paced environment with at least 200 staff preferably in a start-up environment.  Salary Offered : 7-9 LPA
