About Bodhi Health Education:

Bodhi Health Education (http://www.bodhihealthedu.org) provides scalable, high quality, e-learning solutions for training primary health workers in rural and semi-urban areas by leveraging low cost mobile technology. Our vision is to evolve Bodhi as a company that supplies high-quality, skilled human resources to help scale up the primary healthcare segment and thus contribute positively towards improving the health indicators of the country.

Bodhi Health Education is supported by Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE), IIM Ahmedabad and Village Capital and is under consideration for incubation by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. The venture has advisors who are stalwarts in the areas of public health, entrepreneurship and management consulting.

Qualification: PG or MBA candidate

- Post-Graduate from institutes like TISS, IRMA, IIHMR, and PHFI

Or

- MBA from a reputed business school

- Undergraduate degree from a reputed university (undergraduate medical degree such as MBBS, BDS is preferable).

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the promoters on all aspects of the business such as business development, marketing and hiring.

- Plan and implement effective marketing and communications strategy for Bodhi Health Education to reach out to customers

- Support the promoters to grow the business in line with the revenue targets every quarter

- Support the team in identifying and hiring expert doctors to grow the content repository of Bodhi Health Education, coordinate with the in-house content team, set-up and oversee quality process for training courses to ensure high-quality outcome.

- Support the team in identifying and forging partnerships with NGOs, CSR funds, content partners etc.

Skills/Qualities:

- Ability and persistence to get things done in ambiguous situation.

- Believe in the team and team-work.

- Self-starter and ability to think independently, come up with innovative ways to approach a problem.

Compensation:

- Annual CTC: INR 5-7 Lakhs

- ESOP (as decided by the company)

- Opportunity to represent the team at venture forums, competitions, accelerators etc.
