The individual will be responsible for developing our online marketing strategy, analyzing customer traffic, defining segmentation, launching enhanced email marketing and implementing engaging content and online experiences   Must Haves:   - Should have worked in an ecommerce company and handled large scale budgets   - Hands on experience with Facebook PPC, SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliate Networks, Email Marketing, SEO   Key areas of responsibility will include:   - Creating a comprehensive online marketing strategy including all digital channels (Facebook, Google, Display, Email, Affiliates, SEO)   - Optimizing traffic for seasonality, segmentation relevance, and selection   - Identifying opportunity for increased conversion and drive sales growth through implementation   - Analyzing performance of merchandising efforts, defining opportunity to innovate and improve   - Driving sales growth by increasing conversion   - Directing daily content and manage the calendar of initiatives that impact online marketing   - Optimizing website content and to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience   - Designing and delivering online marketing programs that cut through the clutter to reach our audience   - Researching, implementing and evaluating advertising options, searching for ROI   - Providing regular reporting of web analytics, on-line advertising, and email marketing campaigns   - Driving online marketing programs from creative ad development through campaign reporting   - Participating in Budgeting Exercise   - Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share   Qualification:   - 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing in an ecommerce setup   - MBA from Tier A institute   - Engineering background is a plus   - Candidates with no digital marketing experience need not apply
