The candidate will be accountable for building the Ace2three brand and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing including brand, offline (ATL & BTL) and online. This role will be responsible for managing marketing investments and accountable for growth target. This will be responsible for developing and deploying a comprehensive marketing plan with fully integrated tactics (advertising, digital and app marketing, retail/partner and consumer-facing PR)  This highly empowered role demands innovative thinking along with a creative and energetic approach to leadership who thrives when juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced, high performing environment.   SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES  Digital  - Build, develop and execute Digital Campaigns (Display, SEO, and SEM) by coordinating with Digital Agencies  - Brief, negotiate and execute Digital Media Buying by coordinating with Digital Media Agencies  - Assist in building new web pages, day-to-day maintenance of the website - refresh content, get creatives,  - Contribute to driving the e-sales business by way of Digital Performance Campaigns (Execution, Monitoring, and Analytics)  - Competitor benchmarking  - Legal approvals needed from time to time on websites,  - Driving traffic to the website and the customer portal, by way of SEO, S.E.M  - Liaise with the agency to ensure work is done  - Web analytics  - Play the role of an enabler between Marketing and I.T. keeping organization goals in mind  - Taking care of user acquisition, engagement & retention through various marketing activities  - Taking care of App growth, app retention, and engagement  - Increase conversion rate of marketing campaigns and improving ROI  - Building and managing marketing automation systems  - Identifying and executing new growth areas for the company  Content and Communications:  - Development of an effective content plan for the organization by assessing business goals, prospect needs, content requirements, and content sources  - Creation of compelling and engaging content that will stand out and appropriately differentiate the company in different formats   - Close collaboration with the Marketing peers as well as Operations to translate business and marketing goals into meaningful content deliverables  - Management of end to end production process including writing outlines, developing the schedule and managing review cycles - across all communication channels including digital, print, press and video  - Proofread all content works thoroughly as part of the proofing process  - Effective management of the website content, including guiding internal stakeholders in developing new content and optimizing legacy content  - Build presentations and other communication vehicles to distribute content information  - Localize global content to suit the local needs  - Own the PR agency relationship - manage, conceptualize, plan and execute effective PR strategies and media relations  - Develop press releases, guest posts, and other public relations related content  - Coordinate with clients/partners on various communications and marketing activities such as webinars, speaker opportunities, media placements etc.  - Find impactful publicity opportunities through speaking roles, sponsorships and memberships   - Stay up to date on trends in content creation used in the marketing field; research topics quickly and thoroughly  - Together with the Social Media and Community Management Specialist, identify industry influencers   - Conceptualize and create all influencer communications   Branding:  - Support the implementation of corporate brand standards internally and externally  - Work with all departments to ensure brand standards are being met ongoing  - Review of marketing materials to ensure proper use of brand voice / messaging in all channels  - Build collaborative, positive relationships across the organization and with external partners  - Be a role model for departmental branding policies  Event Planning:  - Manage all services for events and sponsorships in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams  - Oversee the development, distribution, and maintenance of a comprehensive event calendar  - Make event recommendations based on sales and marketing strategy  - Handle all estimates, invoices, and budgets for events  - Create and manage content for event collateral   - Ensure that all events are in compliance with brand guidelines and that all displays, collateral, and materials are in accordance with corporate identity standards  - Order and coordinate delivery of promotional items   - Manage and utilize the services of contractors as necessary  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES  - University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field  - Minimum of 10 years of experience with 5+ years in leadership role  - Five year plus experience managing agencies, vendors or contractors  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as a member of the Marketing team and cross-functional teams  - Experience in developing and executing content strategies and sales enablement, preferably in B2B environment  - Outstanding creativity, writing, editing and proofreading skills  - Ability to research topics in depth efficiently and independently  - Sound understanding of social media and leading channels  - Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM platforms  - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus  - Have used digital marketing tools like Adwords, Facebook, Emailers, affiliate channels etc.  - Demonstrate the ability to work at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).  - Analytical mind  - Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.  - Strong drive for execution and delivering results.
