Location: Mumbai  Responsibilities :   The incumbent would be responsible for the end-to-end management and deal closures within the stipulated timeline. The candidate is expected to :   - Drive the execution, coordinate with International Clients as well as Lenders, Liaising with banks & financial Institutions and developing strong International banking relationships in APAC market.  - Understand the data requirement from lenders on the proposal and should be able to explain to the client rationale for asking the relevant info, if required  - Analyzing Financial Statements, Business models, working capital cycles, preparing financial model, Preparation of information memorandum / synopsis and other presentation material for sending to International Lenders.   - Undertaking project / credit appraisal and structuring trade finance deals for raising funds for the project/transaction.  - This will include frequent travel to these markets.
