Organizational relationships :  - Reports to : DCM Head  - Coordinates with All desk across regions   Travel : Frequent travel Internationally.  Academic qualification :  Essential : PG / MBA in Finance/CFA/CA  Skills :  - Should possess good negotiation skills  - Team handling   - Should be a good communicator  - Should be presentable  Primary Responsibilities :  - Should poses basic knowledge on Debt Capital Market Products & Lenders.  - To set-up & cultivate the Debt Underwriting, Loan & Bond Syndications for Blend Finance  - Establishing network and relationship with DCM, Leverage Finance, Alternate Finance desk of Banks, Proprietary lending business of Investment Banks, credit / Mezzanine financing Hedge Funds.  - Basic ground work for working with banks on Convertible Bond, FII compliant NCD issuances, Sukuk Bonds  - Work with various credit enhancement agencies to help rightly price the transactions.  - Comprehensive knowledge about debt products and offshore loans   - For Offshore clients, understand structure transactions   - Leverage feedback from market to work on creating newer scalable opportunities   - Work on Information Memorandum for syndication of transactions, fronted by Banks / Global Investment Banks
