SalesPanda is our flagship cloud based marketing automation software product Some of our esteemed clients for Bizight include IBM, Microsoft, NIIT, Cisco, Redington etc. We are a young organisation growing by the day and looking for dynamic professionals with a zeal to excel.

We have immediate opening in our company for Business Development Manager for selling our cloud marketing automation software and related digital marketing services

Job Description :

The role is to generate demand and close business for SalesPanda product and related digital marketing services.

The job would involve :

- Internet research to build target customer list

- Prospecting via email marketing and social media

- Proposal submissions

- Demo and lead progression

- Sales Closures

- Most of the business development will be done remotely via digital means with minimal face to face client interaction as we are targeting clients globally.

- Hence excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. In addition the candidate should have a flair for using social media and internet channels to create demand.

The ideal candidate should have :

- Demonstrated or potential skills for winning business through either technology or services sales to small and medium businesses 50 to 5000 people organizations

- Consultative selling experience of SaaS/Cloud Product and Digital Marketing services

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Excellent presentation and demonstration skill

- Achieving,exceeding sales targets

- Understanding the need of delivering an exceptional customer experience consistently

- Tenacity and drive to succeed in a Sales role

- Personality and attitude to succeed in a competitive and meritocratic environment.
