Urgent Opening For Head Banking Operations  Location: Mumbai  Job Description:-  The job is responsible for managing the banking relationship for operational activities with more than 20 banks.   Ensuring seamless collection of funds from multiple accounts and facilitating optimum deployment of funds is one of the key activities of the role. The role also needs to manage sufficient line of credit to ensure that large redemption and dividend payouts are managed smoothly. The role is required to carry all this within the laid down regulatory guidelines.  Based on business requirements the job is also required to enable new banking tie ups to meet new requirement.  One of the responsibilities that the job entails is to evaluate new options and opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency in terms of collection and payout as also reducing cost of banking.   The job is also required to manage the subscription reconciliation, ensuring that proper reconciliation is done between unit creation and fund receipt  Vendor management is one of the key activities of the roles as it involves not only managing activities with 20 banks but also with the Registrar and Transfer agent.(RTA).  Key challenges -   - Managing large number of vendors  - Managing expectations of customers for early credits.  - Maintaining high levels of accuracy for sighting and deployment of funds even with a high dependency on manual process  - Managing sighting and deployment activity within a very small time frame.  - Manual dependency for sighting of funds for advising for deployment.   - Ensuring sufficient credits during spikes in payout values which can be more than double of regular volumes.   - Managing spikes without any impact on the timelines.  - Business requirements which need to be implemented within a short span of time.  - Liasioning with banks for paid status of historic redemption/dividend payouts.  Felicia Angela Lobo HR Executive
