Major Role:  - Monitoring the compliance with Mutual Fund Regulations such as:  Preparing Disclosure Document in line with MF Regulations;  Preparation and submission of Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly Reports under  Mutual Fund Regulations;  Verification of MF marketing materials;  Handling procedures for new products launched in MF;  Handling MF Renewal activity  - Adherence to Advertisement code under SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996  - Liaise with auditors for timely and seamless completion of various audits  - Draft/revise various Policies and Procedures and other documents including manuals, process notes and the like to comply with applicable SEBI Regulations. Assess the adequacy of compliance procedures and resolve any identified deficiencies.  - Keep abreast of regulatory developments and communicate changes to established Policies/ Procedures and oversee implementation thereof  - Assist in establishing training programs to foster awareness among management and staff for implementation of aforesaid Policies  Skills:  - Interpretative, Communication, Drafting & Analytical Skills  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team  - Self motivated  - Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercises independent judgement  - Ability to manage projects and make presentations  Education:  - C.A./C.S. preferably with around 4-8 years experience in the PMS & Broking industry
