Job Title SAP Lead - Projects, Business Analysis, Operation  Location Delhi   Reporting to Director - Information Systems  Year of Experience 12 to 14 years   Education B.Tech ( Any stream) / MBA   Managerial Responsibilities   Responsible for Project Delivery, Accountable for Business Analysis and Operations. Manage team of Business Analyst and Operations Lead  Key Responsibilities   - Take full responsibility for the leadership and management of all SAP functional and technical work streams ensuring that all personnel understands their roles and requirements to ensure successful Project implementation.  - Responsible for all project planning and control and Status updates to Steering committee -the Head of IT and key business stakeholders.  - Risk and issue management as well as effective budget management.   - Oversee and drive change management and be a custodian of continuous improvement on project delivery.   - Manage Market interdependencies, issues, risks and scope before escalation to Steering Committee   - To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users involved within the various related SAP focused projects.  - To oversee the activities of other colleagues in the different aspects of the project, including testing and training support.  - To support and coach team members through the project processes.  - Line management responsibilities for the SAP project resource team.  - Accountable for Project Plans, governance, quality gate processes, standards and budget for the scope of deployment  - Conduct Weekly and wall meetings with project team members, IT Partners   - Sign off acceptance for Business and IT support to transition from Project to Operational Steady state  - Deploy Change request management with focus on Business Analysis.  - Accountable for smooth Operations with agreed SLA's   - Strong engagement with Business Project Manager, Super Users to ensure Market readiness, communications, Change Action Plan  Must Have   12 to 14 years of experience as a senior level Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering high profile, SAP related projects  Have good understanding of Beverages Industry and experience of deploying SAP in similar industry  Have managed teams of people, Vendor Management and can demonstrate People Management Skills  Experience of MS Project / project management tools  Understanding of IT Infrastructure, data bases, interfaces, SAP ABAP  Strong functional experience of SAP modules in O2C, P2P and FICO and Supply Chain Management in ECC 6.0   Experience in implementation of GST solution   Business Reporting Solutions   Good Understanding of requirements analysis definition and specification process
