Short Description of the Role:

- Assisting MD in driving strategic initiatives and analyzing business performance (highlighting the risks, delays and opportunities)

- Act as a strong business enabler through proactive communication, prompt execution and active follow-up

- Support as an active interface between MD and all functional, external consultants and all relevant stakeholders.

Academic Background and Experience required

- MBA with finance background from a premier institute.

- 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Understanding of industry is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Capital expenditure proposal:

- Evaluate and review the CAPEX proposal

- Work with key stakeholders and understanding the business needs and coordinate with project's team to monitor all capital expenditure project.

- Prepare a dashboard to ensure all CAPEX proposals are evaluated and decision is taken; and to track all action items of each CAPEX.

Business Reviews:

- Scheduling and organizing monthly business reviews

- Track the action item and work with the stakeholders to ensure timely completion

- Facilitate project and product reviews as necessary

Response Strategy to Industry developments, Conferences and Public Policy

- Keeping up to date on industry developments and assist in developing response strategies; preparation for conferences.
