Manager/Sr Manager

Working closely with the BU Head for Small Molecules, the incumbent will be responsible for

- Proposing growth strategy for Small Molecule Vertical and Feasibility analysis of new business initiatives

- Developing business plans capturing requirements from internal stakeholders and external factors impacting the market

- Refining key business processes for the Small Molecule Vertical to improve efficiency across the value chain

- Financial analysis and reporting for small molecule Vertical P&L

- Supporting ‘Vertical Core Committee’ to develop tactical and strategic products, services and/or programs to support the Vertical goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.)

- Analyzing vertical performance and benchmark key trends and activities against our competitors and best practices across the industry

- Engaging with external consultants as a representative for the vertical

- Developing standard reports (capturing key KPIs for the business) that can be presented to the Top management during ‘Quarterly Vertical Reviews’

- This role is for one of Asia's largest Biotech organizations as a part of their strategy team for a business vertical.

- The candidate should necessarily have an MS/MBA from one of the premier schools and should have atleast 6+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech sector.
