Role Details :
- To manage the end-to-end learning & development process.
- An energetic and self-motivated experienced HR Professional with excellent communication skills and proven track record
- Establish a state-of-the-art Learning and Development platform that will design, administer and analyze the efficacy of training programs across all levels in the organization
- Delineate focus areas and focus groups in order to streamline the approach
- Develop and nurture a learning culture within the organization
- Develop the SME cadre by providing them with opportunities and tools to grow either within their roles or change streams
- Design and market programs effectively with the intention to generate a healthy competition for available slots
- Utilize and/or customize e-Learning programs
- Ensure that training programs are relevant to career development
- Determine training plans and budgets based on the organization staffing plans for the year and frequently review it with the business heads and the sales leads
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses as part of strategic planning
- Develop standards for all programs
- Ensure that all learning materials are properly documented and updated when appropriate
- Preparation of training calendar, training budget and delivery of various organizational development programs and skill development programs across project sites
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
- Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership training and professional development activities across LOBs
- Responsible for designing & developing learning solutions through instructor-led interventions, facilitation of workshops, online global learning offerings and customized learning interventions
