JOB PURPOSE  - Manage financial reporting and monthly MIS - reconcile with global team   - Work closely with local teams on cost follow up and building of budgets/forecasts   - Optimize tax structure and reporting for Indian entity   - Maintain compliance with Indian tax and other relevant regulation  JOB DESCRIPTION :   - 10 years experience in financial controller or related role in financial department of reputable firms   - CA and CS degrees - Sound knowledge of Indian tax regulations and transfer pricing   - Prior experience in a global IT firm or an outsourcing firm preferred   - Understanding of how R&D processes and methodology impacts accounting. Preferably from Agile development.   - Understanding of project accounting is desired but not necessary.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Work closely with CTO and Country Manager to structure and manage all financial reporting/payments including salaries, payment to vendors and transfer pricing to/from other Milvik entities   - Preparation of tax returns, annual financial statements and all other relevant statutory reporting   - Understand tax impact of transfer pricing, employee salary structures, incentives etc. and facilitate tax optimization   - Manage and maintain all documentation and legal requirement to secure compliance   - Facilitate annual audit on financial and legal compliance
