Job Role : HR Manager- Shared Services  Note : This role is for male candidates only.  - The person will manage entire end to end HR Operations that is - Payroll, Employee documentation, Compliance, HR Automation, Audit- Internal and External and Analytics. Should be able to interpret company policies and government regulations in connection with payroll procedures and ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with governmental payroll regulations and communicate with customers to ensure they are aware of process or procedure changes. By collecting of all HR and employee data and conducting data analysis.   - The ideal candidate should be proficient in HRIS analytics, is able to manage multifunction projects and prioritize business requests and can consistently demonstrate strong project management skills. This person can quickly understand business needs, develop action plans and execute on deliverables for projects that can improve the state of the business. The candidate will act as a point of contact with a high level of visibility to HRIS and other Human Resources department and will also manage and deal with internal and external auditor.  Roles and Responsibility :  - Manage and ensure HR Automation through accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of the day-to-day operational and payroll activities.  - Ensure payroll processes are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and communicate important payroll changes with other departments and external entities.  - Documentation and HR Helpdesk.  - Maintain appropriate internal controls and adhere to Company policy and procedures  - Ensure government compliance with tax payment schedules  - Ensure that tax changes are tested and implemented on time and accurately  - Continually audit for exceptions in HR Data  - Monitor data for trends and perform root cause analysis  - Provide accurate data extracts as requested from internal and external auditors that complies with all documented policies and procedures.  - Lead key PFSC projects including HRIS implementations/upgrades, year-end processing, etc.  - Assess HRIS needs and develop business cases for system improvements  - Monitor legal and regulatory compliance changes and implement solutions  - Troubleshoots problems and interfaces with appropriate personnel to resolve problems and implement changes to the systems, panels, reports, etc.  - Assists the Human Resources department with technical training of information systems.  - Adheres to the standards of the Company in terms of leadership, business standards, policy, and Company's future vision.  - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.  Job specification and Qualification :  - Bachelors Degree/PG in related field such as Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and/or General Business.  - 10 years HR experience in increasing responsibility.  - Experience managing day to day HR administrative tasks (record keeping and core HR processes)  - Experience managing vendors.  - Systems Life Cycle experience including design, implement, test and roll out phases of automated modules.  - Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio.  - Excellent written and oral communication.  CTC: 10- 15 Lacks
