The candidate will be responsible for regular communication among all Landlords and cross functional teams and ensuring smooth on boarding process and documentation of New property. Key Result Areas for the Incumbent: Process Responsibilities : - Ensuring on boarding and Induction programs for Malls - Partner with Franchisee, Cross functional teams and provide clear, creative directions to them, keeping in mind the organizational growth - Responsible for maintaining data base and MIS Reports of Franchisee queries - Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business - Analyze Market Trends People Management Responsibilities: - Coordinating Communicate with Legal Department for smooth on boarding - Coordinating with Accounts Department regarding payment of rent, Security Deposits etc - Dealing with store Landlords rental issues Regular follow ups with Store Landlord and Rental Issues. - Communicate independently with Franchise, Project and cross functional teams Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role Essential : 1.
