Bharti Infratel is a provider of tower and related infrastructure sharing services. It pioneered the tower infrastructure sharing concept in India. Including its 42% equity interest in Indus Towers, it is the market leader PAN India with 85,000 towers across telecom circles, many of which are in remote and tough terrains. Infratel helps its customers i.e. all telecom operators maximize their reach to more communities across the country.

We are looking for Head - Talent Acquisition who will be responsible to drive the function.

Key Responsibility areas:

- Set the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition vertical.

- Define, develop and rollout monthly/quarterly recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the leadership team. Drive the narrative of recruiting status with data.

- Lead, manage and develop the recruiting team; driving a high level of performance against hiring plans.

- Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher conversion rates and a superior candidate experience.

- Identify future talent needs, work with recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.

- Partner closely with leadership, business and competency management to develop, optimize and drive an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment, job offer proposal and negotiation, through on boarding.

- Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs including creative sourcing plans to attract diverse talent across all functional areas across all locations, with laser focus on social media, employment brand initiatives, campus relations, employee referral programs, back and front end systems/tools, and vendor management (i.e., 3rd party search firms).

- Use different selection and candidate evaluation tools to select the right candidate.

Desired Skill and Experience:

- A seasoned talent acquisition leader, who has successfully built, managed and inspired a recruiting team

- Adept at workforce planning, forecasting and developing a talent pipeline strategy.

- Passionate about finding the right people; you're organized, detail-oriented, and you would never let great candidates slip by.

- At your best in a fast-paced environment where you take pride in your work.

- An exceptional communicator who inspires confidence and builds relationships readily.

- Close to 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, of which 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity building, motivating, and managing a team.

- Deep understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver successful outcome.

- Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization.

- Would require travelling to different locations in India to drive the Talent Acquisition process.
