- Monthly computation of Service Tax Liability and deposit the taxes within due date.  - Preparation and filing of service tax return within due date  - Preparations of CENVAT register and review of CENVAT records  - Periodical scrutiny of CENVAT recoverable and non recoverable.  - Reconciliation of monthly CENVAT and revenue details with books and tax return.  - CENVAT reversal under Rule 4(7), Rule6(3) and Rule 3 5(A) of CCR .  - Preparation of schedules and records for Service Tax Audit, internal and statutory audit.  - Preparation of details for response to Service Tax notices  - Monitor compliance to the documented processes through SLA, KPI etc .  - Report observations and hold discussions with stakeholders for root cause analysis and mitigation plan.  - Periodical discussion with stakeholders for tax savings initiatives and implement the same.  - Ensure documentation of internal control process   - Prepare/ modify process documents on need basis.  - Periodical time motion study for activities and reduce the non value added activities.  - In depth knowledge in ERP  - Strong analytical skill to develop oracle based customized reports  - Close interaction with functional and cross function CBT team to automate the manual activities  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS  - CA  RELEVANT EXPERIENCE  - 3 to 5 years (Post Qualification)  - Preferably from service industry.   - Candidate must have good exposure in Indirect Tax, Internal Audits, process reviews, SOP/ process documentation.
