Main Purpose of the Job:  Manage the HR business partnering for a cluster of Bharti AXA Life.   Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs, employee relations, Labour law compliance, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, recruiting and staffing logistics for all the employees in the cluster. Work with Regional stakeholders in key people decisions, movements etc.  Key Responsibilities:  Timely recruitment and retention of salaried and commissioned sales staff and managers to support business growth:  - Facilitate recruitment and training of the reporting distribution HR team and MOM / MOA for each new location.  - Support recruiting planning meetings with the RHR & Line Managers.  - Weekly performance review with team and the Sales Channels on key deliverables of suspecting, offers and on board status  - Implement best practices towards building the brand image around the Bharti AXA career to create a pull factor for the BAL brand  Responsible for adherence to the prescribed selection process as well as quality of candidates hired:  - Implement the robust selection process and a delegated authority matrix for final sign offs on every category of hire. Ensure adherence through regular audits. RDHRM is responsible for final sign off on MOA.  - Conduct regular checks on profile of manpower on board to compare the desired profile versus actual on board.  Carry out employee engagement as per as per the AXA engagement model:  - Assist with the review of the Employee survey - Scope action plans in the regions.  - Assist VP-HR in various Development projects  Facilitate proper functioning and control for the industrialized recruitment model to support large volumes and quality control:  - Monitor the quality of leads generated (by TM vendor and field level initiatives by MODHR) conversion ratio at branches and takes feedback from Sales for improvement.   Develop Employee Relations and HR compliance:  - Participate in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.  - Assist VP - HR in Employee issues tracker and actions as per the framework  - Follow up with Regions on compliance related to S&E, Displays etc.  HR Operations, MIS & Reporting:  - Support the Region HR in streamlining of HR operations processes  - Prepare and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the HR function in the region and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
