Key Accountabilities :  - Ability to design and deliver L&D / OD / TM solutions to support the organizational needs  - Implementing & Improving learning and development strategy and ensuring effective training coverage across the organization  - Define the frame work for talent Management / Development activities and support implementation of the same across the organization  - Project Manage organizational OD initiatives and ensure successful implementation  - Ensure high level of stakeholder engagement with Leadership Team and Business leaders across functions and locations  Competencies:  - Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to execute large scale projects  - Post Graduate in HR from a premier institute with 7-9 years of experience in L&D, OD and Talent Management (preferably in Banking & Insurance sector).  Skills:  - Strong implementation focus, Project management skills and ability to manage ambiguity
