Currently looking for a candidate to take up the position for DTH Sales Head - Sr. Mgr/DGM for Bharti Airtel Ltd.(Airtel Digital TV - DTH Business).  Job Profile:  - DTH Business is now clearly driven by 4 levers - General Trade, Modern Trade, MDU and DSA.   DTH sales head Role:  - SOGA leadership  - Acquisition build-up  - Revenue increase  - Distribution excellence - activation outlet spread  Responsibilities:   - Drive new quality acquisition for market share growth   - Champion DTH Activation outlet expansion  - Execute the Modern Trade Network strategy and ensure increased contribution  - Lead the launch of new DSAs in the market ensuring quick ramp-up to achieve incremental no’s targeting “Home” segment  - To lead, manage, develop and motivate the “Own Retail” Sales team and the “Franchisee Retail” Sales team in managing DTH contribution from own retail and franchisee retail across the whole country  - Deliver MDU penetration and expansion to preferred segments through a network of selected, committed, structured DSA network  - Ensure distribution depth and width covering all key districts, clusters, feeder markets  - Drive revenue growth through outlet expansion, primary build-up and recharge availability  - Collaborate closely with service counterpart for ensuring sales and service leadership  - Develop market intelligence to capture market insights and pre-empt competition moves  - Programme management - implementation of key acquisition programmes for increasing customer and revenue market share  Requirements:   - Strong business sense with at least 7+ years in sales managerial position   - Prior proven experience of managing and heading sales team for a cluster/zone/circle level  - Excellent track-record of accomplishment as top performer   - Strong leadership for delivery of result as well as coaching and developing team members  - Detailed knowledge of Retail as well as Modern Trade along with DSAs - multiple sales channel mix  - Knowledge of and prior experience in DTH business will be an added advantage  - Understanding of service aspect will be helpful  Suhail Khan  Account Manager
