Salary offered: 15 - 25 LPA
Responsible for owning and driving the HR Strategy and HR Roadmap that is aligned to the Organizational Strategy and supports growth and maximizes shareholder value
Lead all People related initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team for long term growth of the Group
Annual planning for the HR function, in terms of areas of priority, key initiatives and milestones to be achieved, HR structure, team roles and responsibilities
Develop a culture of meritocracy by designing and implementing a robust performance management system to review and reward performance
Lead annual staffing requirements / manpower planning for the organization and ensure timely recruitments and selection as per the plan and in line with defined recruitment & selection policy
Plan for optimizing manpower costs across multiple geographies, sites through manpower rightsizing, productivity enhancement, redeployment, outsourcing etc.
Monitor proper maintenance of workplace environment and appropriate administration of employee welfare activities entailing housekeeping, cafeteria services, business travel & accommodation arrangements, security etc.
Develop a culture of learning in the organization by developing right skill sets through proper design and implementation of training and development interventions to build employability within the workforce
Establish robust succession planning for critical roles including identification and development of High Potential employees at various levels within the Group; Support and direct the career development initiative for employees across all businesses
Develop/evolve and ensure deployment of HR policies and practices linked to recruitment, selection & Induction, Performance & Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent management as well as personnel policies
Develop and implement effective employee communication and engagement initiatives within the organization
Lead recruitment & selection for critical positions through optimal build vs. buy decisions
Design and implement various performance linked incentive, production and sales incentive schemes for employees at various levels
Establish a robust grievance redressal mechanism for the Organization to enable employees to seek prompt & effective resolution of issues faced
Work closely with Plant HR to manage industrial dispute or disciplinary cases and recommend ways to mitigate potential risks on business results and corporate image; Ensure statutory compliances and ER policies implementation in alignment with governing rules & regulations
Supervise negotiation and contract finalization with vendors/ service agencies related to HR function (e.g. staffing agencies, HRIS vendors, training & development agencies, etc.)
