Customer Success Manager

- As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with our most strategic enterprise clients to drive retention, renewals, customer satisfaction and growth.

- This is a high profile customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management skills and technical acumen.

- Our Customer Success Manager are the front line for helping our customers send amazing emails.

Responsibilities :

- You will work with business leaders to understand their needs and map Betaout's solutions and best practices to their goals. At the same time, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a successful transition from deployment through ongoing account management.

- Increase customer satisfaction by digging deeper in their domain/business and challenges they are facing with respect to our product, sharing inputs to use product.

- The ideal candidate is hands-on and results-oriented person with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Deliver a proactive customer contact strategy to drive renewals, product adoption, training, and revenue growth.

- Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.

Requirements :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in customer service

- Cross-functional experience working across teams like sales, product, business development and marketing

- Ability to problem solve and resolve client issues

- Inclination towards online marketing & eCommerce

- Understanding of software as a service

- Organized and reliable: able to work independently with little direction when necessary

- Candidate with Email marketing or digital marketing software experience will be given preference.
