- Complete responsibility of delivering the P&L.

- Looking after primary & secondary sales of franchisee, LFS & multi brand outlets

- Handling activities related to infrastructure development in East

- Managing sales in East zone.

- Team management.

- Formulate & implementing strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/ customer groups for business expansion,

Promotional activity planning in a new market entry strategy.

- Managing profit center operations with a view to achieve business (sales volume & market share) objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability.
