Overall Obligation:  The role entails driving the digital marketing strategy along with the digital agency to improve the digital competence of NIVEA India. The scope of the role is to understand brand and category plans for NIVEA India and evolve a digital marketing strategy that not only adds to the existing business plans but makes digital central to all marketing programs. The role will be responsible for creating digital programs along with category marketing teams.   Detailed Responsibilities - Be a digital thought leader (non-conclusive):  - Strengthen and drive the digital Marketing agenda for NIVEA India  - Work closely with category marketing teams to understand issues and challenges and drive digital driven programs/campaigns to tackle them with maximum business impact   - Lead the creative briefing, agency cost negotiation, and supervising delivery of digital campaigns  - Responsible for evaluation of Digital Agency  - Ensure compliance to global brand and digital guidelines  - Establish performance benchmarks for digital campaigns and align measurement methodology to drive effectiveness and impact  - Analyzing and driving website visits by driving SEO & SEM.   - Weekly content alignment and publishing on social media platforms  - Drive CRM initiative for NIVEA India  - Be the key contact person and subject matter expert for all digital/online/mobile marketing in the organization  - Be abreast with changing technologies and new ideas to be first in market in the digital space.  - Share best practices on digital marketing with category teams to excite them to get using digital and technology  - Driving aligned brand imagery and equity for brand NIVEA in the online space  - Social media listening and competition mapping in the online space  - Manage the Digital Marketing Agency/Agencies and technology vendors.  - Monthly digital marketing update to the management team  - Handle award submissions proactively and representation of NIVEA India  Required Qualification:  - MBA in Marketing or University degree linked to Mass communication with specialization in Digital   - Minimum of 2-3 years- experience in Digital Marketing. Either working in a Digital Marketing Agency in a supervisory role, or in a Client Capacity managing Digital Marketing for the organization.  - Should be able to demonstrate that he/she has personally conceptualized and executed digital projects/campaigns   - Expertise of working with e-commerce vendors in a must have,experience on mobile based digital marketing platforms is a plus  Key Competencies Requirements:   - Ability to excite the team, influence others using data and case studies, ability to multi-task across categories  - Ability to understand business, come up with opportunities and then convince the category managers accordingly.  - Should be self-motivated, and not wait for the category managers to come up with ideas.
