- Business plans, forecasting

- Sales strategies for new and existing products

- Review and analyse market response to maximize business goals

- Client relationship management, deepening and new business generation

- Understand client requirement and suggest products

- Channel management

Key criteria:

- Industry background - BPO with workexp in domains like telecom, retail, manufacturing etc.

- Well experienced in client interfacing, preferably overseas clients.
