Role - Business Development Head - Sales (Food Industry)
Experience Level - 8 to 12 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Food Industry / FMCG in selling processed food products to other food Sectors
- Minimum Graduation, preferably MBA – Marketing
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly driven, result-oriented and able to work independently
- Good business acumen and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills, good networking skills
- Able to work in fast paced and multitasking environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations
- Systematic solicitation of targeted commercial prospects through face-to-face or Telephonic contact (B2B cold calling)
- Responsible for Sales locally and internationally for our product line to Food Services Sector
- Implement sales strategies to increase the business
- Enthusiastic representation of the company to potential clients
- Penetrate and secure new/existing clients to achieve sales revenue and profit target
- Generate new contacts, prospecting and pitching, leading to winning and closure of new customers
- Follow up on large commercial sales leads and for small commercial business.
- Adhere to proven and structured selling process and pricing guidelines
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer base
- Maintain existing Clients, uncover opportunities within the clients and build sales pipelines
- Responsible for all sales activities and projects; meeting or exceeding targets set by the organization
- Close follow-up and account management of existing customers on cross-selling opportunities
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
- Work and coordinate with other internal divisions to deliver solutions to customers
