Broad Role Definition
- Aggressively driving Managed Services business in Accounts through Business Planning, Account Planning, Sales Pipeline, healthy Forecast & Opportunity Management,
- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Business Targets (Booking / Revenue & Profitability) as well as Accounts Receivables Management
- Understanding Dimension Data Solutions and services offerings, positioning & value selling
- Transactional selling / Business development & Upsell / Cross-Sell activities in hunting accounts.
- OEM interlocks & client relationship handling.
- Quote generation, dispatch & client engagement to close business
- Sound Business sense, Good knowledge of Business Development & Sales of Services.
- Knowledge of commercial processes and large bid preparations and costing
- Fair knowledge of Networking, telecommunication industry / clients.
- Fair knowledge in the areas of
- Infrastructure Managed Services
- Network Management Services
- Excellent Written & Oral communication, Presentation & Negotiating skills
