Company: Our client gives a complete electrical solution to the Indian Industry and Household.  Designation: Manager Business Development (Exports) - writing instruments  Location: Mumbai  Qualification: Any ( ); MBA  Experience: 7 to 10 Years  Job Description:  Export Manager (Business development)  Export manager will catering to Asian countries.  Years of experience: 7-10 years  Reports to: COO  The Export Manager will manage international distributors to develop sales and promotion strategies designed to grow sales in each respective markets.  - Collate market intelligence on competitor activities, customer projects etc. & to disseminate the gathered information to concerned departments.  - Coordinate with distributors to develop sales forecasts, process monthly production orders and manage the supply chain to maintain the optimal inventory levels to meet sales objectives.  - Handle existing clients with increasing business with them for writing instruments for promotion industry.  - Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability  - Preparing the sales plan on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis.  - As well as support the supply chain team.  Responsibilities:  - Manage sales order/forecast and sales throughout the year.  - Work with distributors to implement programs geared to grow sales in each respective market.  - Research and analyze assigned markets to understand economics, industry and competitors.  Skills:  - New business development, sales, strategic planning.   Candidate Profile:   - The candidate must have handled business development in exports.  - Good exposure to develop market for writing instruments, pens, pencils etc.  - Good with presentation skills  - He would have catered to Asian Market and Middle East countries.  Current CTC: Expected CTC: Preferred Location:  Shilpa Nair Vitasta Consulting Pvt.
