Qualification: B.E / B. Tech and MBA (Sales & Mark); IIMs, XLRI, SIBM/SCMHRD, SPJain, JBIMS, MDI, FMS etc
Experience: 8 -10 years (With Minimum 4 years Sales). (Batch 2005 - 2007)
Location: Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore
Salary: 14-20 Lakhs (Fixed) + 5-8 Lakhs (Variable)
Your Activities:
- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Achieving Direct sales targets with consultative solution approach and cross sell products
- Maintaining Strong Relationship with Key/Strategic accounts and play an account manager role
- Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and get business opportunities
- Sales Manager is expected to work with the Regional Head to develop new business in any assigned market
