AGA India is the market leader in the field of Automotive Assistance with a market share of more than 70% of the addressable market with automotive clients like Mercedes Benz, BMW, Toyota, Honda, General Motors, Mitsubishi and many others. It is also a strong player in the Automotive CRM space and manages Claims Management related processes for local insurance as well as group companies. AGA India is currently focusing on growing its presence in the Travel Market and launching new lines of business in the Extended Warranty space – Both Automotive as well as White & Brown Goods.

AGA India has grown aggressively since its inception in November 2007 and has achieved break-even within 2.5 years of inception. AGA India was awarded the Top Class Brand in 2012 for innovation in this sector and is the only assistance company in India to have its processes certified as per ISO 9001:2008 standards. AGA India currently has around 360 employees.

Job details:

- Reporting to the General Manager Business Development, this role will be accountable for the acquisition of new clients and deepening of relationships with existing clients across lines of businesses.

- This person will be assigned specific revenue and profitability targets. This is an individual contributor role. The job entails frequent domestic travel with up to 30% travel time or higher.

- The ideal candidate should be self starter with high levels of energy and motivation. The candidate should be result oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Identifying, targeting and acquiring new clients

- Key relationship management

- Collaborating with the internal teams and designing solutions for clients.

- Deepening relationships with existing clients and enhancing revenue.

- Market analysis and mapping of potential business partners.

- Contractual negotiations

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

- 5 - 8 years experience in a corporate sales profile

- Solution selling experience is preferred.

- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

- Ability to deal and negotiate with key stakeholders

- Ability to engage and influence the client across hierarchies.

- Ability to strategize business (product and customers) and communicate the same to top management.

- Experience in insurance is not mandatory
