Job Description
The role will entail the following responsibilities:
- Draft Proposals, Case Studies, Presales, Sales Operation Management
- Responding to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals
- Preparing proposals and pitches
- Should have a consultative selling mind set
- Managing Salesforce.com CRM data entry and reporting
- Providing thought leadership for preparation of winning proposals and presentations
- Understand the firm’s strategic and competitive advantages, and create proposals that express these advantages to maximum impact
- Coordinating and executing the entire proposal process including but not limited to
receiving and understanding and completing RFPs
proposal structuring and writing
- Understanding and coordinating client’s needs / enhancements, customization
- Act as a link between clients and delivery team, Interfacing with various internal teams at Copal
- Identify and target new business avenues and clients for the company
- Team & Knowledge Management
Desired Profile
- Consulting or Investment Banking background with 3-5 years of post MBA experience
- Expertise in salesforce.com
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to improvise
- Excellent academics
