Job Title: Analyst - Financial Control

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience : 3 to 4 years

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for tax compliance's and reporting's, tax computations and month end closure from a tax perspective for identified entities and clusters. Participate in audits of accounts and processes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting (70%):

- Responsible for day to day accounting, month end close and annual accounts preparation for identified entities and clusters

- Support statutory / regulatory / internal audit for entities / businesses managed by the role

- Be fully aware and compliant with all relevant local and global statutory, regulatory and accounting guidelines / policies

Audit (20%):

- Support the various audits ie statutory, internal, regulatory, concurrent and tax

Others (10%):

- Manage effective documentation of all processes and identify opportunities for efficiencies

- Provide relevant MIS to management on a periodic basis

Person Specifications:

Essential experience/ qualifications / skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or any other accounting/finance related degree.

- Experience in investment banking products financial reporting

- Knowledge of RBI and FIMMDA guidelines

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and understanding their requirements for effective execution

- Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, pro active and a team player.

- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator. Desire to provide top quality service to internal stakeholders from different areas of the firm /geographies

- Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution.
