Designation: Senior Manager - Process Transformation  Location: Mumbai  Role Description:  - Driving process transformation with bankbazaar's partner Banks & Financial institutions to change the credit delivery process in the retail finance industry for a superior customer experience.   Job Duties:   - Concept Sales: Should communicate convincingly and persuasively with key stake holders at partner banks to sell transformational features in transaction processing developed by Bankbazaar  - Project Management: Set up and manage multiple projects with different partner banks simultaneously.  - Process management (Monitoring and driving improvements): Create monitoring and measuring mechanisms and drive metrics to track the output from projects implemented.
