Designation : Senior Manager - Process Transformation  Location : Mumbai  Role Description :  - Driving process transformation with bankbazaar's partner Banks & Financial institutions to change the credit delivery process in the retail finance industry for a superior customer experience.  Job Duties :  - Concept Sales : Should communicate convincingly and persuasively with key stake holders at partner banks to sell transformational features in transaction processing developed by Bankbazaar  - Project Management : Set up and manage multiple projects with different partner banks simultaneously.  - Process management (Monitoring and driving improvements) : Create monitoring and measuring mechanisms and drive metrics to track the output from projects implemented.
