Position Objective  - Handles / Fulfills all open manpower requirements for defined area of responsibility or client group  Operational Efficiencies  - Build healthy talent community that includes a high volume of targeted candidates  - Conduct initial HR screen of candidates and contribute to the pipeline  - Cultivate relationship with key candidates and specific talent sets, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization.  - Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates  - Running sourcing campaigns & driving prospects to BankBazaar.com career pages  - Share creative sourcing skills among the Talent Acquisition team  - Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities  Must   - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment in corporate or search firm   - Experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and or tools  - Strong network and knowledge of leading search practices  - Excellent written and spoken communication skills, negotiation skills  - Able to prioritize multiple requirements   - Strong Microsoft tools proficiency like Word, XL, PPT  Employee Performance & Management:  - Responsible for development of self by staying current with the latest recruitment trends / initiatives  Continuous Improvement  - Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness
