The ideal candidate would be part of BankBazaar's Product Team working on the mobile products. Candidates with an overall experience of 2-5 years, having atleast 1-2 years of experience working on mobile products, would be an ideal fit for the role.  Responsibilities:  - Assist team in gathering requirements, write specifications, build consensus and liaison with a team of world-class engineers  - Facilitate interaction throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including: tech, front-end, QA, analytics, operations, customer support and others  - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs  - Contribute to product roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features  - Taking new products/features to life by working closely with operations & customer support teams to hand off product via training & data integration  - Gather & analyze feature performance data to make optimizations/improvements  - Develop and execute marketing plans for the growing mobile app with the goal of driving member acquisition, engagement and retention.  - Understand on the mobile marketing landscape and leverage product and marketing best practices  - Hands on with mobile marketing tools across multiple platforms (ios/android/windows).  - Manage presence across app stores  Requirements:  - Experience working with developers & consumer facing products  - Demonstrated skills in gathering requirements, organizing resources  - Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups  - Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail  - Understanding of the technicalities of product  - Experience in internet products is desired  - Knowledge of flurry,crashlytics,intercom is a plus  - 1-2 years of experience with working on mobile products.
