Key Responsibilities :  - Manage Existing Affiliate & Partner Business  - Recruit new Affiliates & Strategic partners.  - Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues.  - Executes affiliate promotions & monitor success.  - Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries & concerns.  - Build relationships with affiliates & partners for scaling up business, better placements & visibility.  - Initiate new campaign ideas & incentives programs to ensure growth of affiliate programs.  - Work closely with all product & technology team to develop annual affiliate campaign calendar & rollout plans.  Competencies :  - Excellent analytical ability and good excel skills; Ability to derive insights from complex data sets and formulate crisp action plans  - Strong negotiation and communication skills are needed.  - Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
