Emerging Markets Marketing Strategy :  - Build a strategic framework for emerging marketing covering Tier 3 and 4 towns and key rural markets  - Create and execute a detailed marketing plan for the above mentioned markets   - Drive various brand and business objectives in these markets   Work Flow Management :  - Single point owner of consolidated monitoring of various execution elements of a marketing program/ initiatives for all offline businesses   - Ensure very high levels of efficiency on TATs across COEs and sub-COEs for all the monthly activities   Campaign Brief Management :   - Represent business objectives in various marketing programs and initiatives  - Ensure appropriate and objective understanding and assimilation of campaign briefs by respective COEs  - Ensure on-brief creative output  Performance Monitoring :  - Track and report key campaign metric for each initiative (wherever applicable)   - Set up governance processes and practices to ensure on-brief and timely output  - Propose mid-course correction with campaigns lagging desired metric output  - Chair periodic output reviews and drive implantation of necessary process intervention   Cross Functional And Cross Coe Collaboration :  - Collaborate with COEs within the function to influence output and drive TAT  - Engage with business representatives to ensure through understanding of the business levers   Key Metrics :  - Execution efficiency (TATs and delivery)  - Campaign performance (as applicable)  - Open rates and CTR (click through rates) and consequent offtake   - Activity rates and attribution to offtake  - CTA (call to action) efficiencies and attribution to offtake   - Spends efficiencies  - Product association scores in emerging markets
